Warrior Bear Build?

I'm a level 61 bear. I put 164 str / 145 dex. I want to solo run and level faster with elixirs. Can somebody help me with the best possible build, skills, and gear.

At level 66 I use a 150 str and the rest dex build. Works nicely for tanking and doing moderate damage.
