Talk to Moira the Huntress in Windmoore to get started!

Defeat Bosses to score Leaderboard Points
Any Boss! Any Level!
After defeating a boss there is a 1hr cooldown before you
can loot that exact same boss again. So it's variety for the win!

Collect the Titan Slayer's Jewel Chest from defeated bosses!
Opening these (free) chests will award additional score.

Why don't you make it arena like on .gif with random boss spawn? Now the easiest way for capped players seems 1 particular map where you get boss kill in 5 sec... Someone get boss kill in 5 sec, and someone in 1 min working on APS. Totally fair. Event really sounds interesting, but hope you can consider bringing it in Arena format next time around with random boss spawn. LB event in time, when new aps just got released. I pick aps this time.

I also propose that The Villain Visage Banner have physics with movement and some effect, like electricity or blood.

You really should buff these if you want people to enjoy this, the jewel and pet are really weak. Make a heroic version and adds some beef to the stats. Make it a boss drop? 30primary and 10cd isn't going to compare well to other pets. Boss Event should have a boss pet..

The Jewel should also add crit damg or some kind of damg, at least if you add a a crit bonus when socketing.

Bracelet might get used by some I guess.

-200 primary stat
-50str/dex/int
-10% crit

The Boss Breaker Jewel is just a plain 'ol jewel. No rare socketing / critical success for this one.

A title that only goes to a tiny handful of players is pretty valuable. More valuable than a few more gems or even a vanity ...tbh.

I can imagine facing Lord Rendtail (and many other bosses) in different environment than their usual "home". Maybe even with 1% - 5% chance to spawn 2 bosses together when joining arena. Hmmm. Yeah. The spirit of this event is "run around Arlor and defeat all the bosses." It's not meant to be "cheese one boss for five days." So we've made changes.

- You will now be able to earn credit from any boss anywhere in the game regardless of level.
- You will now only receive score and loot from any specific boss one (1) time per hour.

So you can take your OP Level 86 Star Beast Legend and crush bosses in Brackenridge if you want. Join your friends at any level, and even help out some new folks!

The greater the variety of bosses you defeat the higher your score, the greater the chance you will be #1 Boss Hunter ;-)

Yes - all boss monsters award the same range of points no matter what level they are or what campaign they come from.

Currently the score ranges from a minimum of 25 to a max of 30 points (though this could change before the event goes live this afternoon).

Opening the Titan Slayer's Jewel chest (which is free to open) will give you between 7 and 15 points.

Don't really think this is going to help with that, you just killed the incentive for twinks/pvp players to get involved, the best bet anyone has currently is going with their lvl 86, and since the map matching works in a way that you only meet in maps people that are up to 2 lvls above or below your own, chances of a 86 helping out some new folk just by going into maps is just not likely to happen.

It was more likely of someone's twink running into a new player while doing bosses 5 lvls above or below their own that it is of some lvl 86 doing while running the whole of Arlor.

Note: Not against the changes, just wanted to point that out.

Sorry! My previous answer was incorrect and incomplete.

Normal Boss X and Elite Boss X have individual cooldowns.

Elite Boss X and Timed LB Elite Boss X share a cooldown.

Another question, ¿Do Morgana and Cyril count? (They are quest tied bosses, Cyril is tied to Haunted and Morgana to She Lives Below the Ground and The Watch after completion).

If you've played the game for a while you'll know that accessing the various campaigns in Arlor is quite easy.

Furthermore, if you go with friends (which I'll NEVER feel bad about recommending) you'll have an even easier time.

The chance should be 100% for bosses that are eligible to grant score. If you've already scored from that boss, there's no score and no loot 'til that boss' cooldown expires.
