Help, toon was erased.

So i created a toon but i was playing my other rogue and when i switched account my character was erased and when i try to create it again it says name was already taken.

I want to know what happened here?

Send our support team an email to support@spacetimestudios.com with the names of the characters involved and the email addresses (or which credentials you are using to log in and play) involved and they can dig into it.

Still no reply, how long does it take to get a response? I know the game just came out bit i want my IGN back
