Somberholt Exalted Questline Help

Suggestions please.
I have 137k points and "lightbearer elite" rank. I have unlocked Maus floors 1-6 and completed all available side quests.
I have NOT purchased the 800 token "Proof of Balance: Exalted"

When I try to talk to the Angels to unlock the Exalted Questline they won't speak to me.
Do I need to purchase that Proof of Balance: Exalted FIRST?

Dont remember exactly but I don't think you need proof of balance: exalted . It is just to verify your rank to buy some specific rank items from vendor. I belive you missed a quest or something... Good luck
