Stash is in the second town map, the town after you kill ghul(? The one from the underground mine map)
Auction house at the very last town map (havent been there >:)

Auction house is in travelers out post and kraag town, and auction in kraag town next to auction spot

Stash is in Travelers Outpost and City of Kraag, Auction is in Travelvers Outpost and City of Kraag too.

Just ignore all previous posts...here are the answers....
Both the Auction House and Stash are available in both Traveler's Outpost and Kraag, and in both cases they are right next to each other.

You can also access the stash from inside the Guild Hall if you are a guild member.
