Sigrun's compagnion is the upper hauntlet boss. Reach upper Hauntlet by using the teleporter on the right in Kraag.

Hey you don't 100% sure get the dragon. It's surprise gift with chance at dragon egg. I did the quest 5 times and never got the dragon. Luck on this game is really bad.
