In the past 4 weeks I've sent more than 3 tickets to STS's customer care with requests and questions but they totally ignored them all.
Is it just me who's mails get ignored or are there still others beside me with the same problem?

I've sent one to Support but they didn't answered either. Give them time? I don't know.
