right now im lvl 15 and Im not receiving any experience...

Lvl 15 to 16 is 10x more i believe so you are getting xp but you cant see your bar moveing yet as its such a low ammount you cant see it registered so to speak.

That way I could see if Im getting xp...
No there isn't. But you are getting XP. Unless you are in Breckinridge or Aqueducts.

At this point, no. Unless you have your xp locked or you are in a dungeon that is too low for you to gain xp (you'll have a yellow arrow in the middle of your screen) you will gain xp. It may be hard to tell at first but you'll notice it after a while.
