Arcane Fellowship is the Story of 3 classes of people who originate in Middle Earth (LOTR). These three main characters find there way through a portal into the.... Arcane. The Arcane Legends (AL) have begun! These portals can from this day forth only be accessed by the family lines of these three founders of the Fellowship. Mortiis the Mage, Siren the Rouge, and Bardock the Warrior, founders of the Arcane Fellowship!

Arcane Fellowship: part 1

Long ago, when the land of Arlor was still young, three unlikely companions were summoned to band together and destroy a great evil that contaminated the land. Destinies entwined, this fellowship was to be known as Legend amongst the people. Their Bravery, skill, and everlasting dedication to their world and its inhabitants would earn them, not only immense respect....but freedom. Freedom to all, and peace across the land once more....

In times of peace there lurked greed, control and power not far away. Deep within the fires of the black mountain, there arose a great dark army, lead by an inscrupulous Dark Lord. He was cold and heartless. He desired nothing more than for every race to be confined to enslavement...or death. Nothing could fill his void nor satisfy his ever ravenous ego.

A dark army appeared, spreading like a flesh consuming disease, destroying all in its path. Few survived and many fell to shadow. Little hope remained and so much death weighed heavy on the hearts of those who remained hidden, spread out and cut off; from the world... and all whom they loved.

Times were particularly dark in the kingdom of Minas Tirith, The Great White City. A greatly respected nobleman and his army were slain in attempt to defend their people and their great city. His wife, a beautiful and fair Elven woman named Goldenberry and her daughter, Siren. They were taken from the confines of the city in secrecy, to the well protected home of the Oracle, Tom Bombildil.

Siren was young, beautiful, and very skilled. She was brave and was not afraid of death. She wanted to avenge her father and all those who had fallen in battle. She was escorted into the Mirkwood forest to stay with the elves who resided there. She was to take on an apprecticeship to learn the art of the dual blades from a group of rouge elves. It was a well protected forest, concealed by ancient magic. A race of sorcerers had aided in the protection of the forest for centuries. They dwelled in the darkness and mist of the Barrowdowns, not far from Tom and Goldenberry. They controlled eerie creatures, Barrow wights, which were used to protect their caves and ward off unwelcome company.

Tom, being rather close to these small magical creatures, requested that one of their elders journey to Mirkwood to watch over Siren and protect her. So Mortiis, a well respected and very skilled mage took on the burden as his own, and headed through the Barrows and far off to Mirkwood to fullfill a yet undiscovered destiny of his own.

Many miles away, there were some who resided in the dark places of the world where many daren't go...into the deep depths of the misty mountains. A warrior race, brawny, tall and of Numenorian descent. They grew ever powerful within their carved stone warrior halls. They were taught the ancient skill of Dwarvish weaponry by their allied friends of Moria. There forged from rare metals unique to only the deepest and darkest areas of the mountain underbelly. Mithril, as strong as dragon scales, yet light as a feather, proved to be choice material for their armour. They readied themselves for the hellish spawns of the Dark Lord, chasamed in the firey pits of the black mountain.

Time past and Siren was now a deadly force of her own. Equipped with Savage elven inscribed duel blades, she was a force to reckon with. Mortiis and she had become very close in their time spent together, and he offered his services to accompany her on her journey. It was said the evil had now spread across Arlor, so Arlor, is where they must go. The elves foresaw a lack amongst the two members and decided they needed a third...a warrior. They called upon a Radagast the Brown to request a favor from the giant eagles of the mountains, of whom he was closely connected. A message was sent to them to retrieve the greatest warrior of those who lay hidden in the misty mountains. Bardock, a burly, iron clad man accepted the request and agreed to venture off with the rough girl and her mage. Together, they would form a fellowship and rid the world of evil once and for all......

~In Game Rules And Standards~

BE RESPECTFUL OF THE GUILD:
(1) No bad mouthing or insulting of the guild, it's officers or members. This will not be tolerated in guild chat or open chat.
(2) If a person has an issue that cannot be respectfully resolved by pm then they must pm an officer of the guild so they may help solve the problem.
(3) Be proud and loud to be a member of our family.

NO DRAMA:
(1) There will be no drama of any kind tolerated. We all wish to be treated with regard and respect of our feelings and beliefs and therefore should do the same.
(2) Officers of the guild are placed in this role because they greatly respect others, are always willing to help where they can and above all else they put the needs of the guild first.
(3) With that said no back talking about or directly to an officer or elder will be tolerated. Also if a person refuses to obey an officer or the master that asks them to quit doing something that is a violation of our guidelines and or the STS Terms of Service agreement they will be kicked out of the guild and banned from returning.
(4) If someone has an issue with how a member or officer is acting or treating others it must be brought to the attention of the guild Master and/or the Senior Officer and appropriate actions will be taken to correct the issue even if we need to report to Spacetime Studios for violations the STS Terms of Service agreement and a permanent ban from the guild.

NO BEGGING:
(1) There will be no begging of any sort in guild chat. Begging is defined as the asking of items or gold constantly.
(2) Please refer below if you would like to trade, as this is allowed unlike begging.
(3) All members are asked if they notice or are a victim of the beggar please inform a guild officer or elder so they may deal with the issue right away.

TRADING BUT NO SCAMMING:
(1) The lending of items between players is acceptable, however it is recommended that you should lend your items expecting not to get them back.
(2) The trading of items in the guild is allowed. When selling items through guild chat you may only post once or twice to notify people. It is recommended that when trading with guild members that deals should be made considerable lower than in CS and with players outside the guild.
(3) Scamming of guild members into buying any item for more than it is worth is not allowed and will result in an immediate booting and banning from the guild.
(4) Time may be bought in the guild, but it is preferred that guild members help each other without being bribed. But if a gold or item fee is agreed appon then this fee must be paid as agreed between the two guild members. Once again though we recommend that this is rather done a courtesy.
(5) If any attempt is made by a guild member to scam anyone by offering items or gold to get personal information they will be immediately reported to STS support by email and the person will be permanently banned from our guild as this is a direct violation of our rules and the STS Terms of Service agreement. Having said this all members should be very careful when entering into trade transactions and should not share personal information such as email or other account information including passwords with any other players or unofficial sites. If a person does wish to visit an unofficial site related to the game it is recommend you use a different email and password not related to your STS account or other email that is linked to sensitive information such as banking, credit card or other private information so it can be protected from hackers.

~PROMOTIONS~
(1) All promotions to ranks of the guild are voted on by the guild master and officers except member and recruiter positions.
(2) Members are recruited if they meet the guild requirements. To become a recruiter you must meet a lvl requirement.
(3) Members will be nominated if they have exhibited a great attitude for helping others, put the guild first, promotes the guild while in the game and are always respectful to guild members as well as other gamers outside of the guild.
(4) These nominations will be made in our officer forum and will be voted on at that time.
(5) Depending on the size of our guild will also help determine the number of ranking members we have unless a guild member stands out with the above mentioned expectations.
(6) The guild master also has the sole power of promoting without a vote and may do so if the need arises but will also take into consideration thoughts from the officers of the guild.
(7) The asking for promotions will fall upon deaf ears as we strictly promote based on actions of our members.
(8) Longevity in the guild is a consideration as well. If two members are nominated for one spot and are equal in qualifications then seniority (length of time in the guild) will be the deciding factor.

Positions of the Guild and their Requirements:

Master- Is the boss (that's me )
Reqs: Everything you could and can't imagine.

Head Officer- Second only to Vys (me) their words are mine. Any offense against the head officer is an offense to the master (this will result in being booted and banned)
Reqs: Appointed by the master.

Officer- The peace keepers and guild shepherds. My enforcers and most loyal guild members.
Reqs: Appointed by majority leadership vote and must meet lvl req. (currently lvl26)

Recruiter- Responsible for inviting members to the guild that meet the joining requirements.
Reqs: Must meet lvl req. (currently lvl26)*

Member- Must be invited by a recruiter.
Reqs: Must meet lvl req. (currently lvl25)

*recruiters may have alts in the guild below member lvl limit, they must tell an officer though.

Well lets see I've posted about 100 times and got 6 thanks you have posted 2500 times with 300 thanks. So 2500 divided by 100 equals 25 and 25 times 6 equals 300. Therefore you have the same average as me but are just an older forum user. By an officer vote the guild Is now going more elite than it currently is. As you know we have a lot of top quality players and then we also have a lot of lower lvls. There have been members from both of these sets of people leaving guild because of it's size. So we have decided to raise the lvl requirements, they are now: lvl21 and voted in for officer, lvl21 for recruiter, and lvl20 for member/joining guild. We have installed a grace period to which all members must reach these requirements to be able to keep they positions/stay in guild. The deadline date is Jan. 8th. We know to some of you that this seems unfair and we are being mean. But we are only trying to thin out the guild ranks, we have no personal problems with any single person in the guild. So if you need help melting these new guild requirements plz message an officer or other guild members for assistance in getting to lvl20.

Love the concept, what I have in mind though is that inside the elixir/potion bottle is a Yin Yang mixture of Red and Blue, just like the Hp and Mana potions. But hey it's just me and that your work is exceptional.

Talk to an officer, but the rules are you need a lvl21 to get low lvl alts in the guild. Or of course your alts are all lvl20 as well as your main.

There will be 3 new officers once the update goes live first off, so CONGRATS!

Yes there will be a date required to meet lvl25 for member, and 26 for recruiter. Officers have earned there stay in the guild no matter what lvl they are.

I am still new(ish) to rogue and wanted to give you all my stats without main 2 pets I use so ya'll can help me out on spec and gear.

My current build is: 5/5 trap, 5/5 aim, 4/5 smoke (no dmg after), 3/5 shield ( no bleed, no unlock), 5/5 dex, 2/5 dmg value(im lvl 25 so still free one left to spend soon). I enjoy this build, (past builds were aim, nox, shield, piercer and passives) but feel like I drink potions like soda-pop( better way to not be so dependent on spamming pots?)

Currently my stats are: 1520 health(36str), 318 dex (bonus dmg 259%, dodge 27%, crit 12.8%, dmg 140.9) 27 int (395 mana) DPS 253.6. I usually use Granite or Meep, as they give great stats for me.
As for weapons, I just got 21 ALP and I have a 25 & 26 shipmaster bow. I have a few 26 items waiting for me to level and use them, but wanted to nail down what as rogue I want more( I played sorcerer so that's what I know well).

1) Are my stats good, and how can I improve for elites and help other guildies out in runs?
2) Is there a stat that's better to have over others? (prime example, lvl26 Swirling amulet of potency gives 29 dex,15int, 3 dmg. where my lvl25 carnelian amulet of the tides gives 9 str, 31 dex, 2.04% crit. So I'd gain 12.8 dps and 7 dmg, but lose 2% crit and 2 dex. So is the lvl 26 better?)

I remember I joined AF at the end of Season 1, met a lot of nice players here. The promotion system is very open and fair. Almost all the officers stay in AF, never left as far as I know. We used to experience a loss of members in the meantime of Season 2 like other guilds, but luckily, most core members and officers stayed and went through this tough period together. Now I am very happy to see AF is getting stronger, more and more new players join, and lots of previous members come back.

As Vys said, AF is not only a guild, but a family which gathers people all over the world to play, communicate and, most important, enjoy the game. We definitely not an elite guild in this game, most members here are ordinary players who play for fun. But we also have some good players in our guild go for LB ranks or time records. I believe such diversity of members make a guild harmonious, integrated and coherent. Some experienced members (including me) are glad to answer question in guild chat, and help new players lv up in tombs or finish some elite map achievement.

I can say this guild is the best guild I've ever joined.

I remember I joined AF at the end of Season 1, met a lot of nice players here. The promotion system is very open and fair. Almost all the officers stay in AF, never left as far as I know. We used to experience a loss of members in the meantime of Season 2 like other guilds, but luckily, most core members and officers stayed and went through this tough period together. Now I am very happy to see AF is getting stronger, more and more new players join, and lots of previous members come back.

As Vys said, AF is not only a guild, but a family which gathers people all over the world to play, communicate and, most important, enjoy the game. We definitely not an elite guild in this game, most members here are ordinary players who play for fun. But we also have some good players in our guild go for LB ranks or time records. I believe such diversity of members make a guild harmonious, integrated and coherent. Some experienced members (including me) are glad to answer question in guild chat, and help new players lv up in tombs or finish some elite map achievement.

Ill say it once again AF is a elite Family guild. We will work with players who have made the effort to get to the elite lvls (25+) to help them with build and teach them the basics of being a good elite player.

Nope they have all lvled up, the official announcement is:

There is no real application process just ask one of the officers above, or me ig for a guild invite. The requirements as I have said will be 25+.

If your main Is lvl 26 it will get recruiter status and your alts get entrance without having to be lvl25+.

There is no rl age requirements the only requirements a lvls25+ we keep our conversations more on the mature side though.

Do other account, promote him to officer, train and inv all ppl to your guild and make them recruiters. That's what I would do:)
