In the next server (content) update, probably this Thursday, we will be releasing a new feature that allows you to view all available Sets in the game.
Access
Open the Set Browser by click on the Set Browser icon on the hud menu. You'll find it between Minimap and House.

Set List
You are then presented with all sets grouped by two categories, Vanity and Power. Sets can be sorted by name or level.
Sets are viewed on your class, but you can preview the set on other classes with the class icon button in the lower left corner.

Pressing >> to the right of the set name will allow you to view item set details. You can see all items that make up the set and if you click the yellow triangle to the left of the set list, you can see a description of the set with quantity required and bonuses.

Clicking on the item icon allows you to view item details.

Some of the set data is rather old and nonoptimal, so there are plenty of improvements to make now that we can see the sets available and what items are required.
There have been many requests to split vanity item set visual effects from equipment item set visual effects and this has been added to the next client (app) update, but is NOT in tomorrow's update.
Once released, I'll have a feedback thread set up so you can let us know if you find any issues that need to be addressed.
