Missing evolution shards

I opened 34 kits for arc shard and only received 3310 shards from it.
Can I know why that happened? I need the extra 90 shards back, as my satchel has only 10 arcane shards left which shouldn't be the case since I opened kits of 100 at once.
If this is some kind of glitch.. please fix it and return me back it as a kit if possible.

I have awarded your missing shards, you should be at 100 now.

The next server update will make it so you can't open the shard packs if you're near the currency limit.

-ALS@asommers Sorry for late reply, about the missing shards, I was made to buy and open another kit since I was missing 90 shards. Please consider putting it back as a kit in my stash instead. I really don't have any use of it in my satchel..
