someone can help me please... I don't know why I can't accept the quest a bad dead in ballerine bay, the quest only said talk to Dahl in ballerine bay... someone can help me please I appreciate any help.

Dahl is obsessed with his failures when he was part of the Lost Expedition.
He will only respond if he thinks you are one of his old comrades.
Trick him into thinking you are one of his old friends by wearing a full set of that Lost Expedition gear.
