Is trading precise jewel to 9 noble jewel scam?

Hi everyone!
I was called scammer for this but i don't know if they know how to Craft a jewel.
I was trading my Precise Mind Jewel to 9 Noble Jewels. As far as i know, You have to craft atleast 3 Exquisite Mind jewels to get one. And also, it require 9 Noble Mind Jewels to get 3 of it. I just don't get this. Why is this scam? Coz precise jewels are getting cheaper and nobles are getting expensive? What's the point of crafting if it does?

Oh i forgot the reason why i'm trading this to 9 noble jewels. The reason why i trade this is because i want to socket my krak gears(Mechanubis to be exact) With 9 Noble Jewels.

Here's the story:
I was on Expedition Camp and doing my thing and trading something and i thought he wants to trade the item and so i replied.but after he saw my Spam message, He was calling me Scammer because of that. And so i was curious about it and thinking about "What exactly did i do?" Until, He said he's not on his business.
And then i explain on him about how to craft Precise jewels and he doesn't believe me. So yeah. I figure it out he has no braincells to use.

I hate these but i want to know why?

if you are smart, they won't do that, because, one precise mind represents 10int, while 9 noble minds represent 72int, this is not about the price, but how many int you get, of course they don't do that..

Sorry about this, But ny point here is anout crafting the precise jewel not their price. But this is the exact i needed. Thanks for this. Now i have this idea, I can finally figure out that this aren't a scam, But it's a high demand trade. That's all.

I mean precise jewels are a lot easier to obtain than nobles due to how easily they are obtainable. I personally wouldn’t do this trade myself. Nevertheless, not a reason to call someone a scammer. Should just move on if you don’t like the deal.
