Did you try just talking to him? I had several quest things where there was not a Question mark, but when I tapped/clicked on the mob, it said Complete Quest.
Just a thought.

Lmao ty but yes I tried talking to him, logging in and out etc. I just dropped the quest after I posted

There is a text bug - you actually need to go see KINCAID not STRAAZ.
