Procs not working

Idk if its just me or someone else noticed that orocs arent working correctly:) for me sb aegis acts like it ran our of procs and i keep on trying to charge attack to proc ot for almost a minute and sometimes it work and sometimes it domt i have no idea what the issue is + also krak sword sometimes dows that can you guys have this checked please
