Can someone help me I have bought 165 platinum by billing to my phone but it billed it to a number that does not exist which is my old number and did not get the platinum!! I got email frm gmail saying I successful bought it??

Hi Luislopaz,
Send the details of what happened including the order number and the name of the character on your account (that you want the Platinum on) in an email to support@spacetimestudios.com and we can dig into it.

Ok I have thanks I just realize its down to my google acc it billed it to I knw changed the number so that prob explains why
