How do you kill l71 Flying Talon bird?

Hey guys :D so I use a lvl 71 flying Bow set for pvp nowadays. I was all happy with the set, until I saw a talon bird. I fought the l71 talon set with my bow set and talon seems to be op. Anyone know a combo or how to kill a talon bird? Any information given will be appreciated :D

The day has come where talon>bow.

On topic, always root. If root hits, spam skills. If you get rooted, then repulse or your're screwed. GL

If you can pull out root & shatter combo fast, will always bow>talon. Also I noticed some talon birds going str/dex to get that extra hp to survive longer since the hit % from talon set is already high.

I got an idea this is wat i use my combo is blast repulse break blind roots or blast root repulse if root hits they dead usually from auto and also u can try break blast repulse blind roots this is all i got hope it helps also kite like hellllll.

Obv hit proc hits almost at the start of the match. And for that, people with low hit% are screwed.and luck stays forever with Forg bow,and it is strong enough due to people with low hit, with hit proc AND blinding you're op.

And stop putting GF at the end, you won't win this one.

Only yich can do that.

A pure dex talon-set bird reaches 235% hit buffed , a 30- hit% proc wont change anything at all, since all it takes for a kill is an auto and two skills. Not mentioning a skipper or tiki xbow set is superior for its range, but this case the OP said he uses the l71 recurve set so thats different

You obviously have no clue of endgame PvP. Terrible advice. The bow is weak against any class. If you need to cry some more about forgotten bows unbalancing low lvl PvP, there are enough threads on that already.

Endgame PvP doesn't even need forgotten bows to be unbalanced! :D

To the OP:
Talon birds naturally have an advantage vs bow birds since they are some sort of semi-warbirds with dodge and armor. Try to execute your combo faster and pray for some dodge. Most of the times it comes down to hitting a fast root.
Or just get a talon yourself. ;)

forgotten bow doesn't exist in endgame pvp, so fb hatters get to endgame pvp, and you'll realize there are much broader issues to be fixed than FB.

heh, i would prolly blind, then double roots, then cruel blast repulse at 10m, which would take at least 1.75 seconds to get them all in if youre fast enough.
