Lethality from aa

Hello,

Kill mobs with using aa that give lethality for example heroic ghostly should count as a kill for the aps or need a mechanism to get that aps ?

Lethality is a stats that allow you to instakill a mob when his hp is below 20%. The more% lethality you have, easier the chance to instakill the mob.
