Unable to return to game

Hi all,

I just started playing Arcane Legends today on my Samsung Galaxy S3 and was having a blast. Everything was working fine until I decided to try one of the free plat offers. I chose the Google Offers one and now I can't return to the game. Whenever I try to go to the game it takes me to the Google Offers page and I can't figure out how to get back to the game. There is an Arcane Legends bar on top of the Google page, but tapping/holding that does nothing. Signing out of Google doesn't work either.

If I deinstall and reinstall AL will I lose my character?

Try using the "back" function button if you have one on bottom of screen. Maybe by home button? Or exit then wait a little bit and it will logout then login and boom you should be good.

To answer your question, no, you will not lose your toon if you uninstall.

Tried the back button many times, no luck. Even when I go home > apps > AL it takes me to the google page. It's been over two hours :blue:

Fixed my problem. When I went into app manager to uninstall there's an option to Force Stop. That did the trick.

You're welcome, and it didn't occur to me to force stop it. Dang, I'm tired.
