How many levels can you get decreased?

I have a 26 Mage, and I wanted to move him back to 23, but I'm too lazy to remake the char AND today's my 5th blessing lol. So just wondering how many levels STS can decrease my char. Thanks:)

I'm fairly certain the limit is 1 level and they don't encourage emailing for that purpose.

Just make a couple lvl ones an pray to get a 1.5 or 3x then start lvlin if ur that lazy or dont got gold plats for lix
