Can I change my region in order to buy platinum?

I'm from Russia, so I don't have any other ways to buy platinum..

I agree on this. I bought an Apple gift card with cash (but in the USA) to use on app purchases. It’s pretty straightforward.

Anyways, no one can tell if you are using a vpn. If you use a static vpn (meaning the ip address is constant), it is just going to look like you are a person from that location.

in Russia Google Play not allowed
That work, but not all our apps can find in it since sanctions, also we cant use any payment if dnt change region to any other
