Quick chat has been very helpful to me in the past "legends" game and I am more than certain that it will be helpful to me and everyone else on AL.

Cahaun is right, I spoke with Samhayne and he agreed at first, but then he realized that yes, spammers will be a problem. So quick chat will not be added anytime soon, maybe not at all.
