Please look into this weapon and any other ice weapon that has this same proc.
Night Brands of Potency-
40.6 damage, 18 dexterity, 9 intelligence;
Chance to Proc +10% speed for player, or -80% speed on enemy.
I'm not sure if the 10% speed ever work but the -80% sure does... On US!
So yeah this weapon saids -80% speed on enemy but its actually a -80% on the player.
This is so annoying because i die so many times during boss battles. When they attack and have the red space highlighted I get the proc -80% speed buff all to myself and i can't escape the red space in time... It also affects my pets moving speed. I let my friend use the same weapon and it happens to him too.
Devs please look into this problem thanks
