Halloween badge and title, help to figure out pls

Hello, where can I get Zombie Flash, Zombie Brain, Half-eaten candy bar and Monster Claw? Cuz maybe I`m so unlucky and can't farm it or all my assumptions with locations were wrong(

Sweet teeth- interact with candy bowl in a players house.
Commemorative coin- buy from event vendor for 10 necropolis tokens
Monster bone- from killing mobs (lvl 81+ map)
Half-eaten candy bar- from opening multiple Boogie Halloween bags.
Zombie brain- from undead Ted NPC in necropolis after completing event quests
Drakeulas fang- from defeating Drakeula boss multiple times.
Toe tag- from Tommy noggin NPC in necropolis after completing event quests.
Key to the city of the dead- from Deth in Necropolis after completing his quests
Monster claw- from killing mini boss map lvl 81+
Oligarch blood- from defeating oligarch boss multiple times.

TITLE:
Coffin Nail- interact with spooky coffin in a players house.
Essence of Halloween- in crafting station for 10 energy essence
Monster skull- from killing boss map lvl 81+
Empty Oligarch bag- from opening multiple Oligarch Halloween bags.
Zombie flesh- from undead Hildred NPC after completing event quests.
Spider web- El Muerto NPC
Bronze ribbon- Bronze tier in event
Engraved epitaphs- read all tombstones in Necropolis.
Chest spirit- from opening in maps lvl 81+
Dance moves- from defeating Boogie boss multiple times.

Yes, but elite has more players. If you prefer, zodias 4 is very short and fast to kill mini bosses.

I have trouble getting the empty oligarch bag. Opened something like 150/200 legendary ones now. Can it also drop from epic bags or only legendary?

Last boss of mausoleum counts as a mini boss? Lol, some guild members also said that they got it from killing regular bosses, so I do not understand the requirement of getting this item clearly...

Already did 6 hours of grind got nothing) But at least I know it really drop there, because I saw how it dropped to one random dude when he joined for the first time, hahah) Now I'm scared to open these bags and how many it would take for me to get that half-eaten candy bar and empty Oligarch bag)

For me I had to open 180. The best option is to wait until you have about 220 to open.
