Do plat items scale?

I was wondering if I buy a plat bundle will it scale as I lvl? Say I buy at lvl 5 will it raise to 6 when I lvl to 6?

You should wait until level 15. Or 16 if you really care about getting that one-level gear. I couldn't wait so I just bought a bundle at 15.
