Blazing sigil chromatic aura expire time

Blazing sigil chromatic aura has no expiration time in the aura craft, bug or intended? That would mean we could still craft those after halloween cooldown is over, I suppose?

The ability to craft the aura will end after the Halloween cooldown ends (in 3d).
