I use to play Graalonline, idk bout any other mmos but, say u get banned for 3-7+ days right, what if whenever u got banned it sent the person to a jail somewhere in a town, and when ever that person logged on they would automatically be in a jail cell an could not move out until ban was over, or until u paid your 50-100m gold bond lol, also people could access the jail an view the jailbirds an tall to them.

I really kinda like this idea, but I agree that it doesn't exactly sound like punishment. Sounds like going to jail would be still kinda fun, and it's only a deterrent if the punishment isn't fun.
