i do not have the 'hide hat' option ticked.
the helm is called elven helmet of learnin'. please, fix devs!

I have the same issue (same helmet I believe). Have just been too lazy too upload a screenshot to post. Anyway, I think the item may have been a quest reward...

I think Cinco does the stats but Jakis does the designs. Maybe it was Jakis' day off?

I just got a second one of these. It is a reward for the Forest Haven Skeller Krunch quest given by Daria. The glitchy reward is given by Hawken, or whoever the chapter 13 NPC is.
