I'm not sure if this is technically possible but
I suggest to make new arcane set can keep elemental set's proc.
That way we can continue to use elemental sets and its damage with arcane sets set bonus.
If elemental damage is added to arcane set bonus, it will be worthy.
And new arcane gears can have its own procs that could be useful in pvp and cursed map.
People will need both sets eventually, and will open both lock on bay and event.
And we get to use both sets too.
