Either the amulet or set proc doesn't proc (or visual doesn't activate).

10% cap on reflect seems to have dissapeared.

So, I can't help but notice that no one has replied to this. Is it because the issue is in pvp?

Verified the 10% pvp reflect cap is working.

Indeed - looks like there is a problem with the Artifact not activating in PvP.

We will get this addressed for the next game update.
