is this only me or the boss marzareck always run so fast from me whenever my kraken proc...or is it due to my ping or device lag?or is it design to avoid proc?

In his Sorcerer form he runs to the center of the map to become his Hateful self.

In his Hateful form he runs away to stay alive. He has extra speed (hence the speed in the Malicious Maker 4/4) to help him in this regard.
