does elixir even help in elite

been farming elite village with 60 min elixer with a group and i end up still using 60 potions im a tank lvl15 with juggernaut and fire stabilty and 2 pink amulets and ring both making my attack 118 and defense 500 anyone have tips

Elixir does help, but mobs will still overrun you. That's why it's elite, stronger challenge than normal.

Get a better team. Mages with fireball knockdown helps a lot, rogue with good gear can help take down mobs quicker, etc.
