It's pretty simple.
* If you didn't use an email/password based login in the first place, use the same as before.
* Make sure the email address is correct and that you can receive email there.
* Request one code, enter it when it arrives.

You maybe change the email that was linked at your AL account, that’s what your last screenshot mean. That’s not an issue on AL/STS side.

Looks to me like you previously used a google login, so shouldn't be using the email/password based flow at all.
Use 'Sign in with Google'.
