Problem with ally timer counting backwards

help daily reward stuck? time upwards...
My daily reward time is counting upwards instead of downwards so i wont get my reward for example i have 8 mins left 15 seconds later i have 8:15 seconds left but it has to be 7:45 please help me im at my 5th reward when i had 2 mins left it began counting upwards i want my 5th reward :(
