+ Frostfire Farmer Elixir no longer counts down in town and no longer counts down when waiting for the brood dragon
+ The Warming Waters Elixir is now bound and expires at the end of the Winter event.
+ Removed all references to the Warming Waters Elixir being purchasable from Rodrick.
