+ Frosted Downs Cart furnishings should work with the Winter Scavenger Hunt.
+ Esai the Brewmaster gives you a Frostfire Farmer elixir as a reward for rescuing him. NOTE: The Warming Waters Elixir is no longer available for Winter and all functionality is part of the Farmer's Elixir.
+ Increased drop rates for the Winter Chest and Weak Flamestones.
+ Reduced health of Winter Event minions.
+ Reduced the Brood Dragon "Frostfire's" health at lower levels.
+ Fixed an issue with the Rogue's Blood Star Helmet that prevented it from applying the correct buffs.

I saw the original issue and verified the fix.

Are you in PvP? In PvP it gives 50%

In PvE it gives a 100% armor boost.

i try in pve, only proc blood helmet but i dont get any armor

compared to kraken armor which also gives 100% armor as proc, krak armor works and i get armor when it procs

So you do get the 30 Haste, the 15% Cosmic, Nature, Shadow damage boost, and the 2x speed multiplier... just not the 100% armor boost?

others buffs work and did work before the update aswell

That's super weird! All the helmet buffs are applied using one piece of data - so I can only guess that something must be wrong with your character somehow.

What is your IGN (you can DM me if you don't want to say it on the public forums)? I will take a look at your equipment and buffs. If I can't figure it out from there, I'll see what the programming team has to say about it.
