L11 Pink Dropped to L16 Character?

Hey so I was running a map and finally got my first amazingly good pink drop. Arcane pendant of fatality. When I looked in inventory I was very dissappointed to see that it was L11 is that how its suppose to be im L16 I assumed I got L16 pinks any info on this would be appreciated Thanks!

You must have been running a low lvl dungeon such as aqueducts.

Actually not sure on that, iv gotten lvl 13 and 14 items from chests and im 15 and I was running high dungeons that I still gain xp from.

drops are relative to the map and max to your level.
items from chests seem to have -2, -1 and your level items, unless it is elite chest where minimal is l15 max your level or l16
