At the beginning of the event it was written that it was a 5 day limited Sale.
Is that normal ?

even before that 5 days, i had that %40 discount sale. for a really long time it exist, i can easily say for 2 weeks its available. (regarding of website purchase)

It is intentional that the Plat Sale remain active

There should be nothing in the game that specifies an exact starting or ending date for a Platinum Sale - so I am surprised to hear that you saw something that said it was specifically limited.

Where did you see this info written? If an incorrect message is out there we will be sure to update the info when we can.

It can be seen in the menu, where you can find event information, daily events, weekend sales preview. The info is no longer available now because the days it was written on have already passed. This has been happening pretty much all year during almost every event
