Guild hall locations

I'm tired of seeing a dark empty void in the guild hall.

Do you have any thoughts on making guild versions of house locations?

Make it only give a fraction of what house locs give so it's not too op,

For example, a guild's " golden fields " location would give 5% or 2.5% to all players within the guild instead of the 10% that the house location gives

Make it purchasable by plat or craftable in certain events

Idk sounds like a good idea to me.

We did look into it and it would be a lot of work for a small amount of guild halls compared to houses. That said, it wasn't removed from the list of things to do, so it's still on it at a very low priority.
