Find a way to make green to pink (common-legendary) items usefull

I know it is arcane legends and arcane gear drop from locked and so on.
But the fact that every item bellow mythic is impossible to use is so dumb.

Game wasnt always like this, in past there was powerful leggendaries that was useful, such as magmatic claymore or even archon ring and others that i forgot the name.. they was far from arcanes and mythics but they was good gears.. but in those days arcanes and mythics was also near impossible to get without spending xD, game has changed so im not sure we do really need those decent leggendary gears, but it wont hurt either.

I really liked the legendary 81 set. No idea why we didn't get something similar for 86

Bow 61 shots more arrows also devouver bows , archon rings ,vampire amulet ,
I liked game more without bracelet awakes belt and so on

When ppl used expedition bow all the time was op

Legendary should be a useful rarity. I do think there's too much trash loot in the game so we're looking at things like a forge where you can break items down into components for crafting/upgrading items.
