Would folks say that Kraag Tombs 3 are the most efficient runs to do to get from 15 to 16?

Yes, also try the watchers tombs 3 because the clear time in very quick and its amazing for kills. I would say only do watchers tombs if you are soloing though. Have fun

Ya Kraag or Watchers for sure. If you have a lot of time on your hands and a good party Hauntlet is not to bad.

Thats where I am going to spend the week I am half way to 16 seems like its taking longer than I expected ;p enjoying playing though.

Gauntlet is the best

Yeah, hauntlet is best if you got a good group, plus you get a hauntlet coin every time you complete a run under 3:30 and don't die.

you can lvl 15-16 with in 8 hours

I would say kraag 3 is better than hauntlet because I always get slowed down with all the gooey stuff flying in and I think some of the skeletons' autoattacks actually stop you. In kraag 3, they don't which means you can basically round em up and kill huge numbers at a time.

Hauntlet runs doesn't give you your hauntlet coins. Its a known bug. I did over 10 runs under 3:30 and never got a Hauntlet coin.
