Shield of the Star Beast proc

Hello devs

Could we have new mythic/arcane weapons that have the same proc of Shield of the Star Beast or similar proc for lvl1 to lvl75
Pull and dmg enemies Proc would help us a lot at low levels......

-1 In my opinion, currently there are many good weapons at levels 1-75, especially the dragonfire weapon, as a weapon with mythic rarity, it is considered OP and in terms of the process it is easy. so for now this is enough

We occasionally release new items for lower levels, you'll just need to be on the lookout.
