Woah lvl 25 green blackmetal claymore?

Haven't seen one of these yet and have been building up my lvl 25 cache for my 3rd twink.

They're common, I saw 2 drop at nice today. Ive gotten a few myself.

I just haven't seen them drop below lvl 27. Thanks for the info.
