So i recently saw that you could get this new rings the crafted vanity sets.
Well anyway here are my questions.

1. Do the uncrafted version of the new rings have stats
2 how exactly do u get these rings?

You get the dragon ring when you equip the crafted Dragon Set. It comes as a achievement. I don't know if that ring got stats tho.
