The Snow Shovel is collected by talking to Esai. But I walked right past him and now I can't collect it anymore. Can you fix this?
I didn't get the Snow Shovel from Esai and now I can't get in to talk to him. I can talk to him somewhere else.

If you missed Esai, you can talk to Tiptop.

You're not at the tip top (you need Platinum Tier). Since you were able to talk to Esai without being at Platinum Tier, I'll consider removing the tier requirement.

Ok, Platinum Tier. Tiptop gives you the Snow Shovel. You could put a shovel near him to make it easier to guess this.
