Hello I've got a L10 pink weapon for my rogue named Sorrows of brutality that has a proc chance to reduce enemies movement speed by 80%, and I've noticed that this randomly procs on myself, slowing me down by a lot, which is pretty annoying and I'm sure this wasn't intended from what i read on the weapon description.
