I cant seem to get out of this level, i already finished ao1, but Onix in sandstone cave is tough, and the family feud of crocs in the swamp, is also frustrating. First, how can I get out of this level, and second, how can I finish this quests if nobody powerful will help me?

Swamps can be tough if you are not a warrior (stun) or can kite.
Ao1 is actually pretty good for leveling. Run around and let a bunch chase you, run in a circle to group them and kill them en mass. You'll learn the "gather" limit after awhile. Ranged AoEs are quite good here.
Other than that, just jump into random games. Usually there should be quite a few.
