Luck Elixirs

I know that in DL when there were luck elixirs, they used to affect the chances of getting a pink from a bundle. Do luck elixirs affect what you get from chests and surprise items in AL?

I got 3 pinks just now in tombs with luck elixir they are drop not from chest.

The chests laying around maps also drop pinks.
