I bought platinum on Wednesday and have not received it. I have already put in 2 support tickets with the info. And have not gotten a response there. I might have baught more platinum today, but I never got the platinum I already bought!

Just wait until. If you don't live in America, you should know Thursday was Thanksgiving & nobody works that day or Friday. Support doesn't work on weekends either so your best choice is to wait until Monday on a reply on your support ticket.
