I've come up with a lot of ideas and suggestions, but this is the only one worth pitching.
Pressing 'R' to reply. It's not much harder to press enter and /r, but somehow it's worlds more convenient.
9 out of 10 part-time pirates approve.

Maybe. Most of the time my /r works only once, so it becomes an inconvenience to communicate in between naps and spins on my Rascal.

It's when you change zones. Making it just "R" wouldn't change that.

Well there we go! That information is both useful and constructive. I propose that we fix the '/R' zoning issue and add 'R' as a quick-reply function.

Aye. Unless a button were an alternative, but there's plenty of those already. Not to mention I haven't stopped to chat on my Nexus since 'nam. I might be more efficient with a DOS prompt.
